I hope this note finds you well...Today, I'm sharing a bit of news, including a gentle heads-up about a slight price adjustment starting Nov 15th, 2023. As you know, these past years have brought changes, not just for me but also in terms of rising costs like rent, utilities, raw materials, shipping, and operations. The updated prices are a reflection of this shift and the increase will not only support day to day operations but also ongoing training, exploring new products, and staying on top of trends—ensuring I provide the quality you've come to expect.
Your understanding during this transition means a lot! I hope these changes don't affect you much in any way and that I can continue seeing you because I love our time together but I completely understand if this is not within your budget and of course, if the changes pose any challenges, feel free to discuss any necessary adjustments to existing or future appointments or if you decided to make any other arrangements but please know that my door will always be open to you if in the future you would like to or would be able to come back.
And on that note, here's just a quick note to remind everyone about the already existing studio policies that help ensure the viability of the studio as well as a seamless and enjoyable experience for all. From appointments to cancellations and payments, these guidelines are in place to make your visits as smooth as possible.

Cancellations made in less than 48 hours prior to the date of the appointment will incur a cancellation fee of $40 to be paid prior to scheduling another appointment. Please be sure to TEXT at least 48HRS in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Cancelling on the day of the appointment will be considered a no show and the cost of the service will have to be covered before rescheduling any future appointments.
No shows will not be rescheduled until the cost of the service booked and no showed has been paid in full. You will forfeit any deposits paid for the appointment you have no-showed to and remaining balance of the service booked along with a new deposit will have to be paid in order to schedule a new appointment. This policy also applies to same day cancellations.
Appointments are scheduled in a very time sensitive manner, please consider other clients by arriving to your appointment just in time, not too early and not late. Please note that delayed arrivals of up to 10 minutes will have to be modified in order to remain on schedule. Late arrivals will not be accepted and will incur a cancellation fee of $40 to be paid prior to scheduling another appointment, a new deposit will be required in order to reschedule another appointment,
