New full set of custom sculpted gel nails with ONE SOLID COLOR ONLY OR CLEAR on natural nails and length up to SHORT (first line in forms). Includes dry manicure, cuticle care and treatment. IF REMOVAL IS NEEDED PLEASE BOOK AHEAD, we do not remove or work over other salon's work.

Fill & Rebalance ​- MASTER ARTIST $85 AND UP +tax / JUNIOR TECH $65 AND UP +tax
Fill and restructuring of an existing EGO BEAUTY set of nails with ONE SOLID COLOR ONLY OR CLEAR up to SHORT (1-2mm past fingertips). Includes dry manicure, cuticle care and treatment. Repairs are extra and will be charged accordingly.

* The longer time between fills the more growth will be present on the nails, therefore more product and time will be needed to fill in/rebalance and reshape the nails, especially if repairs are needed, please consider all these these variants when booking fill appointments as they will determine the final cost and duration of the service. Fill after 3 weeks add $10-$30 depending on amount of work/product/repairs needed.
* Some lengths as well as extreme shapes require extra time and product, these are also considered extra charge and will be billed accordingly, please advise in advance in order to adjust service time. Please enquire in advance to request an estimate. Medium length add $10-20, Long lenght add $20-35, XL-XXL-Extreme shapes add $35-$65 depending on difficulty/product/repairs needed.**Estimates based on single solid color or clear nails.

Gel Polish Nails​ - MASTER ARTIST $75 AND UP +tax / JUNIOR TECH $55 AND UP +tax
Dry manicure & meticulous cuticle grooming, nail shaping, nail buffing and cuticle treatment. Includes choice of regular base for the most natural feel, or builder base for added structure (recommended for weak nails) plus choice of one solid gel polish color and finished with cuticle treatment. This service does not include extensions or art/design.

**Estimates based on single solid color or clear application over short natural nails (1-2mm free edge).
* If removal of previous gel polish is needed add $10.

Nail Enhancement Removal $20 - $50 AND UP +TAX
Removal of EGO BEAUTY's Gel nails or Acrylic nails or Gel polish on natural nails, this service is finished with nail and cuticle treatment. Removal of extra length/extreme shapes as well as shape changes and/or reshaping may incur an extra charge, please advice when booking.
* PLEASE NOTE: PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE GEL POLISH APPLICATION.

Any repair needed at any moment/time is subject to charge and the cost will be determined by the complexity of the repair. Price does not include art or embellishments.

This option is also great when you need more time to decide what you like, forget about being pressed for time or having to decide in a pinch. During an hourly session you'll get to request any design, any embellishments, any technique, shape or length, explore all the color and glitter options and have fun! Book an hourly rate to let your creativity flow. Not feeling so creative? We got you! Let us take care of the design part and relax.

HOW YOU MUST PREPARE FOR YOUR SERVICE
EVERYONE AT THE STUDIO MUST FOLLOW AND COMPLY WITH THE FOLLOWING PROTOCOLS, NO EXCEPTIONS, FAILURE TO DO SO AT ANY MOMENT WILL RESULT IN THE IMMEDIATE TERMINATION OR CANCELLATION OF THE SERVICE.
How are you feeling?
Have you recently been sick or feeling under the weather?
Please cancel or reschedule your appointment if any of these apply to you or any household members:
- Are feeling ill, have a fever, cough or have been in contact with someone who has.
- You have traveled outside of Canada or the Okanagan within the last 14 days.
- Have been in contact with someone infected or suspect you may be infected
Arrive just in time
Outside door will remain closed until the time of your appointment, If you arrive early, please stay in your vehicle or at least 6ft away from the entrance until the time of your appointment. Let me know by text when you have arrived and I will let you in when I'm ready for you.
No guests
Only the client scheduled for the service will be permitted into the salon, no guests, no kids please. Please text ahead of time if you need to reschedule due to child care.
Hands free
Please refrain from touching any personal items during the service including your cellphone unless it is an emergency of course, once we get started we want to avoid any debris or lint from getting on the freshly applied product. You may text any inspiration pictures for reference prior to your appointment.
Washing hands
You may use the washroom facilities prior to entering the studio, however all clients must wash their hands inside the studio (even if they have already done so in the washroom). NO EXCEPTIONS
If necessary, we have brushes available for scrubbing under the nails.
You may get asked to wash your hands again during the service.
No food/beverages
No eating, drinking or snaking during the service please. If you need to you may bring some water with you. At the moment no beverages will be offered at the studio.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation policy is still in place, please text at least 48hrs in advance if you need to cancel/reschedule to avoid any last minute cancellation fees.
No shows and last minute cancellations will not be rescheduled until the cost of the service missed/cancelled has been covered. PLEASE REFER TO THE BOOKING RULES AND POLICIES IN PLACE FOR MORE DETAILS ON CANCELLING AND RESCHEDULING A SERVICE.

Please note that prices are starting point quotes and can change for many reasons. PLEASE NOTE: NO DEBIT, NO VISA/DEBIT, NO E-TRANSFER WILL BE ACCEPTED ON THE DAY OF THE APPOINTMENT AS FORM OF PAYMENT, PLEASE BRING CASH OR CREDIT CARD (VISA, AMEX, MASTERCARD).

If you wish to book a spot, a non-refundable $40 deposit is required in order to confirm and hold your appointment, this full amount goes toward the cost of your service. You can do email transfer to egobeautyca@outlook.com with the password set to "egobeauty" or I can take your credit card info. Please note that no appointment is booked or confirmed until deposit is received. If you have not received a confirmation e-mail it is because your deposit has not being received, please make sure you send your deposit in order to secure your spot.

Cancellations made in less than 48 hours prior to the date of the appointment will incur a cancellation fee of $40 to be paid prior to scheduling another appointment. Please be sure to TEXT at least 48HRS in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment.

Appointments are scheduled in a very time sensitive manner, please consider other clients by arriving to your appointment just in time, not too early and not late. Please note that delayed arrivals of up to 10 minutes will have to be modified in order to remain on schedule. Late arrivals will not be accepted and will incur a cancellation fee of $40 to be paid prior to scheduling another appointment, a new deposit will be required in order to reschedule another appointment,

No shows will not be rescheduled until the cost of the service booked and no showed has been paid in full. You will forfeit any deposits paid for the appointment you have no-showed to and remaining balance of the service booked along with a new deposit will have to be paid in order to schedule a new appointment.

I reserve the right to ask you to leave if it's suspected that you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs, have become aggressive or uncontrollable or act inappropriate.

POLICIES

Full payment is to be made upon completion of the service, NO EXCEPTIONS! Please use CASH OR CREDIT (VISA/MASTERCARD OR AMEX ARE ACCEPTED) as for of payment, E-transfer or Debit and visa/debit card payments may incur a service charge fee.

A nail fill is a re-fill of the gel or acrylic enhancement, it includes gel color application. Nail art, crystals, etc., are extra and charged accordingly. Variables such as the length of the nails, design choice, time needed to create the design, shape, amount of product being applied and amount of fixes needed to complete the design, just to mention a few, will determine the final cost of the service.

I will not re-fill, remove, touch up or repair other salon's work. At my discretion fills may be accommodated when and only if the nails are in good shape, present no cracks, chips, breakage or excessive lifting. If the nails are in rough shape/excessive lifting/bacterial infection is discovered during the appointment, a removal will be needed in which case the appointment may be adjusted and a removal fee will be applied plus the cost of a new set.

Please note: Fills on other tech's work are NOT guaranteed, under no circumstances.

Fills will NOT be done on MMA Acrylic (Methyl Meth-Acrylate - Not intended for cosmetic use and often found in discount salons) or acrylic from NSS (Non-Standard Salons - Salons that do not follow standard policies and procedures). If you are unsure of the product on your nails and MMA Acrylic has been discovered during your appointment, a removal will be necessary and a removal fee will apply plus the cost of a new set.

The longer the time between appointments the more growth will be presented on the nails and the more product and time will be needed to re-fill the enhancements, these variants will determine the final cost of the service.

Any repairs needed between fills have an extra charge and the cost will be determined by the complexity of the repair. Repairs do not include art or crystals. Please advise if you need extra time to recreate art or apply crystals aside from the repair. Final charge will be based on complexity of design/lenght/number of nails to be repaired, etc.
