Have you recently been sick or feeling under the weather? 

Please cancel or reschedule your appointment if any of these apply to you and any household members:

- You are feeling ill, have a fever, cough or have been in contact with someone who has.

- You have traveled outside of Canada or the Okanagan within the last 14 days. 

- Have been in contact with someone infected or suspect you may be infected.

- Have a compromised immune system and you worry you may  be putting yourself at risk.

Outside door will remain closed until the time of your appointment, let me know by text when you have arrived and I will let you in when it is safe to do so. If you arrive early, please stay in your vehicle or at least 6ft away from the entrance until the time of your appointment. 

Please come to your appointment wearing a disposable or reusable mask, bandana or some sort of nose/mouth covering. Face mask or covering must be worn at all times in the premises.

Clients will not be permitted in the premises without a face mask.

Rather than shaking hands or hugging, we can wave "hi" and "bye". It is recommended and encouraged to distance ourselves, by at least 6 ft, whenever possible.  

As a protective measure and for your convenience, you'll find a sneeze guard set up for nail services, rest assured that this guard along with the rest of the facilities are meticulously cleaned and disinfected between services. Place your hand/s through the opening when requested and refrain from touching the guard,  please keep your hands relaxed and steady during your service .

Only the client scheduled for the service will be permitted into the salon, no guests, no kids please. Please text ahead of time if you need to reschedule due to child care.

Please refrain from touching any personal items during the service, NO CELLPHONE use will be allowed at the studio. Refrain as much as possible from bringing any personal items with you into the studio. You may text any inspiration pictures for reference prior to your appointment.

You may use the washroom facilities prior to entering the studio, however all clients must wash their hands inside the studio (even if they have already done so in the washroom). NO EXCEPTIONS

You may get asked to wash your hands again during the service. 

No eating, drinking or snaking during the service please. If you need to you may bring some water with you. At the moment no beverages will be offered at the studio.

Cancellation policy is still in place, please text at least 48hrs in advance if you need to cancel/reschedule to avoid any last minute cancellation fees.

No shows  and last minute cancellations will not be rescheduled until the cost of the service missed/cancelled has been covered.
